Discreet, plain packaging

Every order is dispatched in plain, unbranded packaging. There is nothing on the outside to indicate the contents or the sender, and the paperwork inside is equally discreet.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are typically dispatched the same or next working day from the UK.

Delivery times & cost

• UK standard — typically 2–4 working days.
• UK tracked / express — where offered at checkout, typically 1–2 working days.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, we'll email you tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Problems with delivery
