Optimised Love is a trading name of OL Ventures Limited, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17381659), registered office 36 Dickens Close, Reading RG4 5LZ. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean OL Ventures Limited.
1. Eligibility — 18+
This is an adult website selling sexual-wellbeing products. You must be 18 years of age or older to browse or buy. By placing an order you confirm you are 18+. See our Age Verification policy.
2. Products
We sell sexual-wellbeing products (including vibrators, couples toys and personal lubricants). Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith; colours and packaging may vary slightly. Our products are consumer wellbeing items and are not medical devices; nothing on this site is medical advice.
3. Orders & pricing
Prices are in GBP. OL Ventures Limited is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud), in which case you are refunded in full.
4. Payment
Payment is taken securely by bank transfer via our payment provider (Wallid pay-by-bank). Your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed. See our Shipping & Delivery policy.
5. Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed intimate products cannot be returned once unsealed. Your statutory rights and the full policy are set out in Returns & Refunds.
6. Discretion
All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. Card/bank statements and paperwork do not reveal the nature of the products.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Products must be used in accordance with any instructions provided. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for misuse of products.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
